Compass Health, Inc. seeks a Co-Occurring Disorders Counselor (ITCD Specialist) in Missouri to join a collaborative team delivering integrated care for mental health and substance use. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a focus on trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment.

You will provide individual and group counseling, assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination in rural communities. A heart for recovery and strong clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical values: person-centered, trauma-informed care.
• Must hold Missouri credentialing eligibility (PLPC/LMSW/LP C/LCSW/LMFT or QAP).
• One year of supervised co-occurring disorder experience or active training required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver co-occurring treatment services through individual and group counseling.
• Support clients via community-based services and outreach.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and stage-of-change evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment reviews and care plans.
• Maintain documentation per agency policies.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision.
