As a Co-Occurring Disorders Counselor (Internal Title: ITCD Specialist), you’ll be part of a collaborative team that focuses on treating the whole person—addressing both behavioral health and substance use through a unified, trauma-informed approach. The Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) program provides specialized, person-centered care for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders. Through a holistic, team-based approach, the program focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by integrating behavioral health and addiction services into a unified treatment plan.
