Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting executive decision making.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, ERP platforms or equivalent planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning process across the business unit.
• Establish governance structures, calendars, metrics, and executive reviews.
• Align strategic objectives with operating plans, forecasts and long-range plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, drive opportunities, ensure governance.
