Job summary

Abbott in the United States ( Lake Forest, IL ) seeks a Manager, Integrated Business Planning to lead end-to-end IBP across the business unit, aligning commercial demand, supply chain, finance and portfolio priorities.

This role partners with senior leaders, facilitates executive planning forums, drives continuous improvement and risk mitigation to deliver revenue, margin and service goals. This position requires strong analytics and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in IBP, S&OP, Supply Chain, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive decision making and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning process across the business unit.
• Establish governance structures, calendars, metrics and executive reviews.
• Align strategic objectives with operating plans, forecasts and long-range plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in planning processes.
• Support executive decision making with data-driven analyses.
