The Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) serves as a key business partner to the Divisional Vice President and senior business leadership team, leading the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process across the business unit. This role is responsible for driving strategic alignment between commercial demand, supply chain capabilities, operational execution, financial objectives, innovation/portfolio management and long-range business priorities. The position acts as the central coordinator for cross‑functional planning activities, ensuring data‑driven decision making, proactive risk mitigation, and effective governance that enables delivery of revenue, margin, customer service, and operational performance commitments. This leader will facilitate executive planning forums, influence senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of planning processes to enhance organizational agility and business performance.
Enterprise Integrated Business Planning Leadership
Lead and manage the monthly Integrated Business Planning process across the business unit.
Establish and maintain governance structures, planning calendars, performance metrics, and executive review processes.
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range business plans.
Drive proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of business risks and opportunities.
Serve as the primary IBP advisor to the DVP and business leadership team.
Cross‑Functional Business Alignment
Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Human Resources, and Operational Excellence teams.
Facilitate consensus among stakeholders regarding demand assumptions, supply constraints, inventory strategies, capacity planning, and financial commitments.
Ensure key business decisions are evaluated through operational, financial, customer, and organizational impact lenses.
Drive accountability for commitments and action plans established through the IBP process.
Demand and Supply Integration
Oversee consolidation and analysis of demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory positions, capacity utilization, and business performance indicators.
Lead scenario planning activities to evaluate alternative business outcomes and support executive decision making.
Monitor forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with supply chain leadership to optimize inventory, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning and Executive Decision Support
Develop executive‑level analyses, recommendations, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Translate complex business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Support business unit growth initiatives, product launches, capacity investments, and market expansion strategies.
Lead business performance reviews and facilitate executive discussions on key business drivers.
Continuous Improvement
Drive maturity and advancement of Integrated Business Planning capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve planning systems, tools, reporting capabilities, and governance processes.
Implement best practices that enhance forecast reliability, operational responsiveness, and organizational effectiveness.
Champion a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 – $258,700.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
