Responsibilities

• Strategy design and development: contribute to the five-year strategy and executive decks.
• Strategic insights: collaborate with global function leaders and country GMs on strategy and roadmaps.
• Market insights and competitive intelligence: analyze market trends and opportunities to inform decisions.
• Business analytics: review internal data (sales, gross margin, web metrics, KPIs) to guide strategy.
• Program management: oversee implementation of new initiatives globally and track performance.
• Executive communication: prepare and present strategic proposals to senior management.
• Ad hoc analysis: support the executive team with special projects.
