Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center seeks a Behavioral Health Consultant to deliver integrated, brief, evidence-based interventions within our primary care clinics in Beaverton, OR. The role supports patients across ages, coordinating with the medical team and families to improve function and health outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in a mental health field, Oregon licensure, and experience in integrated care; Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse patients in

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work) or PsyD.
• Licensed in Oregon (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.
• Experience in integrated care settings is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care in primary care for adults and children.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and targeted interventions.
• Coordinate with PCPs and care team to develop treatment plans.
• Utilize Epic EHR for documentation and communication.
• Assess suicide/homicide risk and coordinate with crisis services.
• Deliver brief, solution-focused interventions and patient education.
