Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW, Psychologist, LPCC, or LMFT) to provide direct behavioral health services in a private non-profit community health setting. The role supports integrated care with primary care providers and operates in a hybrid work arrangement.

The successful candidate will diagnose and treat patients, conduct assessments, and develop care plans within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology or Master’s with CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) required.
• Experience with brief behavioral psychotherapy and integrated care.
• Bilingual abilities preferred (English/Spanish or English/Arabic).

Responsibilities

• Provides brief behavioral psychotherapy for patients identified by PCPs.
• Conducts initial and ongoing behavioral health assessments to develop care plans.
• Collaborates with primary care providers within an integrated care model.
• Manages crisis intervention and psychoeducation for patients and families.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA and credentialing processes.
