Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join the Network Clinics. The role provides brief behavioral health interventions for patients with chronic illness within an integrated care framework.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5, with emphasis on engagement, assessment, and coordination with primary care teams. Candidates should have a Masters in Social Work or Counseling with clinical licensure (LICSW in WA preferred) and at least two years of therapy

Qualifications

• Masters-level clinical license or eligible for LICSW in WA.
• Experience providing brief behavioral health interventions.
• Ability to work in an integrated care setting with primary/specialty care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief behavioral health interventions in primary care or specialty clinics.
• Assess health literacy and tailor treatment accordingly.
• Engage and collaborate with referring providers and families.
• Educate parents/guardians on managing health conditions.
• Maintain EMR documentation in a timely, compliant manner.
