Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling with appropriate clinical licensing.
• PhD in psychology may substitute clinical licensure requirements.
• LICSW or equivalent licensure in WA preferred.
• Experience providing brief behavioral health interventions is expected.
• Strong collaboration with medical providers and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief intervention therapy in primary and specialty care settings.
• Assess health literacy and tailor treatment accordingly.
• Implement motivational interviewing and adherence strategies.
• Coordinate care between patient, family, and referring providers.
• Educate patients/guardians on managing health conditions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and EMR records.
• Schedule management to meet clinic patient needs.
• Submit billings to billing/financial services promptly.
