Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in academic advising or student support.
• Commitment to working with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with developmental advising and NACADA competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group advising on academic planning.
• Coach students in study skills, time management, and self-advocacy.
• Monitor academic progress and identify students needing support.
• Collaborate with Co-op and Career Advisors to deliver support.
