Job summary

Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Co-ops & Careers department is seeking a Co-op & Career Advisor (CCA) to join the Integrated Advising Collaborative (IAC). You will work with Academic and Faculty Advisors to help students build career readiness skills, connect their academic experience to professional pathways, and successfully complete Wentworth’s cooperative education requirement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in career advising, co‑op programs or student support
• Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in related field

Responsibilities

• Career Advising: provide individualized and group advising on career exploration, resume/cover letter, interview prep, job search strategies and networking
• Co-op Support: prepare students for participation in co-op, guide through applying for and securing co-op opportunities
• Integrated Advising: collaborate with Academic and Faculty Advisors for holistic student support and share documentation
