Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Co-ops & Careers department is seeking a Co-op & Career Advisor to join our Integrated Advising Collaborative. You will advise students on career readiness, connect academics to professional pathways, and support co-op requirements throughout their undergraduate experience.

Responsibilities include career advising, co-op preparation, and collaboration with academic and faculty partners to provide holistic student support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in career advising, co-op programs or student support.
• Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group career advising on topics such as career exploration, resumes, cover letters, interview prep, job search strategies, networking.
• Prepare students for co-op participation and guide them through identifying, applying for, and securing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Academic and Faculty Advisors for integrated advising and holistic student support.
• Support students across the lifecycle from first year through graduation with career readiness and job search guidance.
• Maintain accurate advising records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
