Job description

Job Description

Through a developmental advising philosophy, AAs empower students to make informed decisions, build self-advocacy skills, and connect their academic experience to long-term goals. As part of the IAC model, Academic Advisors contribute to a shared advising structure that ensures coordinated communication, timely interventions, and a seamless student experience from matriculation through graduation. Academic Advisors are guided by the advising core competencies as outlined in NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising (https://nacada.ksu.edu/).
