• Clarifies student educational goals and assists in building course pathway plans.
• Guides students in understanding placement test results and course placements.
• Involved in proactive outreach and interventions to support student success.
• Participates in designing and implementing student onboarding and engagement programs.
• Assists with tracking, data collection, and project planning within the division.
