Key duties include providing comprehensive advising services, clarifying educational pathways, and proactively supporting student success. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in higher education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two years of experience in a direct service environment in higher education or human resources.
• Strong math, writing, communication, and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple software platforms to track and communicate student information.

Responsabilités

• Provides comprehensive academic advising services to various student populations.
• Clarifies student educational goals and assists in building course pathway plans.
• Guides students in understanding placement test results and course placements.
• Involved in proactive outreach and interventions to support student success.
• Participates in designing and implementing student onboarding and engagement programs.
• Assists with tracking, data collection, and project planning within the division.
