Job summary

Lockton is seeking a senior-level client management professional to lead multi-office initiatives for the Integrated Absence Solutions (IAS) Practice. The Series Lead will manage end-to-end delivery of IAS services, focusing on regional account services and overseeing active IAS clients in the Lockton Region.

You will guide RFP marketing, renewals, and carrier implementation with the IAS team, while mentoring colleagues and collaborating with Producers and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of consulting and/or brokerage experience in life, disability, or absence management.
• Strong client-facing skills, including prospecting, renewals, negotiations, and contract management.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Lockton Series teams and IAS.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IAS services.
• Manage all active IAS clients in the Lockton Region.
• Oversee client RFP marketing and renewal processes.
• Oversee implementation support for leave outsourcing engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lockton Producers and client service teams.
• Partner with Series teams on strategic account planning for IAS initiatives.
• Mentor and develop talent within the IAS practice.
• Identify and lead strategic initiatives, projects, and technology solutions.
• Prepare monthly governance and stewardship reports for IAS and Series leadership.
• Conduct annual planning meetings with Client Leads to align on needs.
