Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics Manager to lead challenging valuation engagements from proposal through delivery. You will manage staff, develop assignments, and support business development and appraisal reviews. Travel within the US and internationally is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required.
• MBA preferred with strong business acumen and leadership.
• 5–7 years of business valuation experience in a Big 4 or national firm required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage valuation engagements from proposal to delivery.
• Supervise VCMA Senior Associates and Associates; review work products.
• Develop and review cash flow forecasts and financial models.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; participate in meetings.
• Ensure quality controls and accurate narrative reports; assist in business development.
