Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Manager to lead valuation engagements from proposal through delivery. You will manage multiple assignments and staff, and assist with internal appraisal reviews.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering or Finance and 5+ years in personal property valuation at a top firm. ASA/RICS credentials are preferred; MS Office proficiency required. Travel within the US and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or Finance (preferred).
• Five+ years of personal property valuation experience in a Big 4 or national firm, with recent management responsibility.
• Experience in valuation for financial reporting, financing, and leasing.
• Professional credentials such as ASA, RICS or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs related company, industry and economic research.
• Understands client financial statements.
• Constructs financial models.
• Applies appraisal methodology and concepts.
• Explains valuation methodology in written reports.
• Documents and maintains work product.
• Composes narratives and prepares exhibits for complex issues.
• Ensures quality controls on all work products.
• Participates in client meetings and guides project timelines.
