Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics Managing Director to lead and deliver challenging valuation engagements, manage staff, and guide business development activities. The role emphasizes leadership, complex financial modeling, and collaboration with Alliance Firms and international partners.

Responsibilities include overseeing client project delivery, supervising VBA staff, ensuring quality controls, and contributing to strategic growth across the national platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field, required
• Master’s in Business Administration, preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes office business development plan in conjunction with the Valuation leader
• Builds relationships with key executives and stakeholders in support of the growth of the office business lines and industries
• Understands how to work with Alliance Firms and coordinates with International firms as appropriate on opportunities as they arise
• Contributes business development thought leadership, tools and resources to the broader national platform
• Ensures Client Project Delivery including but not limited to: performing research, analyses of financials, constructing models, cash flow forecasts, documentation and narrative reports
