Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics Managing Director to lead challenging engagements from proposal to completion. You will manage staff, assist with business development, and review appraisal work across the office and alliances.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, leadership, and oversight of financial modeling, risk analysis and reporting, with travel as needed to serve national and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) plus years of business valuation experience at a Big 4 or national firm.
• Significant experience in business valuation and intangible assets.
• Prior experience in financial reporting valuation and appraisal review.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute valuation engagements from proposal through delivery.
• Develop client relationships with executives and stakeholders for growth.
• Manage VBA staff and ensure quality controls on work products.
• Support business development activities and industry leadership.
• Oversee project delivery including research, financial modeling and reports.
