Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics Managing Director to lead challenging valuation engagements from proposal through delivery. You will manage staff, assist with business development and appraisal reviews, and coordinate with alliance and international firms to maximize opportunities.

You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality client project delivery, and develop financial models and narratives. A CPA/CFA and 10+ years in valuation are preferred, MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field is required.
• MBA preferred as an advanced business credential.

Responsibilities

• Executes office business development plan in conjunction with the Valuation leader.
• Builds relationships with executives to support growth of the office.
• Oversees VBA staff and ensures timely, accurate work product.
• Develops and reviews cash flow forecasts and financial models.
• Ensures quality controls across all work products and reports.
