• Obtains prior authorizations for admissions.
• Prepares succinct clinical presentations for admitting physicians.

• Documents in EMR and internal systems in a timely, legible manner.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality in all communications.
• Collaborates with referral sources, departments, and leadership.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
