What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking Social Security Disability (SSD) and/or Social Security Income (SSI) assistance
- Conduct eligibility screenings and guide clients through the application process
- Handle 150-200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment
- Maintain a minimum call quality score of 90% while meeting occupancy and adherence goals
- Document client interactions and maintain confidentiality in a paperless database system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma; degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a call center and customer service environment
- Strong communication, active listening, and telephone skills
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish
