Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $19.50/hr

Position Description:

Provide administrative and clinical support to clients and SAP evaluators nationwide. Manage cases from start to finish, link participants to services, communicate with clients, and ensure program satisfaction. This role is administrative, client-focused, involves problem solving, and relationship building. The pay range is $18.00-$19.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Remote work is available in MD, WV, NC, SC, FL, AL, TX, LA, MS.

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate substance abuse evaluations with local SAPs and provider relations teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients.
  • Conduct intake on new referrals.
  • Review SAP paperwork initially and follow-up.
  • Assist employees in connecting to treatment as recommended.
  • Follow up weekly on progress and needs.
  • Keep clients informed of case actions and share relevant information.
  • Schedule follow-ups, testing, and conferences.
  • Provide consultation on DOT rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Keep accurate, HIPAA-compliant records and case notes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via typing and speaking.
  • Respond promptly to case requests and update files.
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust as needed.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Serve as liaison among employee, client, SAP, and treatment providers.
  • Make complex decisions without predefined procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Human Services-related fields preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Proactive thinking and understanding of client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • High energy, customer focus, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent telephonic and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and accept feedback.
  • Strong typing skills preferred.

This is a remote position requiring dedicated work hours similar to an office environment. Occasional in-person meetings may be required in Maryland. Confidentiality of PHI must be maintained, and remote workers must follow company policies.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Performing repetitive tasks like typing and communicating.
  • Occasional lifting up to twenty pounds.
