Provide administrative and clinical support to clients and SAP evaluators nationwide. Manage cases from start to finish, link participants to services, communicate with clients, and ensure program satisfaction. This role is administrative, client-focused, involves problem solving, and relationship building. The pay range is $18.00-$19.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Remote work is available in MD, WV, NC, SC, FL, AL, TX, LA, MS.
This is a remote position requiring dedicated work hours similar to an office environment. Occasional in-person meetings may be required in Maryland. Confidentiality of PHI must be maintained, and remote workers must follow company policies.
