Your Role in Our Family:

As an Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our intake department as one of the "faces" of our firm. You will provide welcoming, empathetic, and professional service to our potential clients. Your role will help encourage positive client interaction and will set the tone for the clients' journey.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Qualify potential clients per current criteria provided.
• Conduct thorough conflict checks.
• Input and sort client data into our CRM.
• Schedule appointments for attorneys.
• Provide firm information and send out client agreements to potential clients.
• Accept consultation and retainer payments.
• Perform timely follow ups with potential clients per guidelines.
• Follow protocol for communication of appointments between teams.

• 2+ year intake experience (preferred).However, we are less concerned with how many years of experience you have than we are with how many experiences you have gained and mastered during those years. Further, while skills and experience are required, appreciated, and valued, personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations.
• Experience with Macs and CRM systems are preferred but not essential.

Schedule Requirements:

• Availability from 8 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday, is essential.
