About The Role
HealthMark Group is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. As an entry-level Data Entry-Audit Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in entering data from various sources into the company’s computer system for processing and management. This role requires the ability to handle a large volume of sensitive and confidential information while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data entered.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  2. Manipulate and deduplicate Excel lists
  3. Identify client and patient matches within the computer system
  4. Enter data into database software and verify the accuracy of entered data
  5. Resolve discrepancies and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  6. Report directly to the Audit Intake Supervisor
  7. Complete data entry for all requests
  8. Record relevant notes on specific requests to ensure proper handling throughout the request lifecycle
  9. Accurately classify each request
  10. Uphold HealthMark Group's values by following the C.R.A.F.T. principles
  11. Work efficiently to meet high-volume demand

Qualifications

  1. Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office, with formal computer training being advantageous
  2. Strong attention to detail
  3. Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
  4. Ability to work under time constraints and manage high-volume workloads
