Description

For 30 years, the attorneys of Isaacs & Isaacs have fought for injured victims in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. With over $2 BILLION collected for clients, Darryl Isaacs and the Isaacs team continue to call out big insurance companies, businesses, and individuals looking to make money off from victims injured in car crashes, truck accidents, commercial vehicles accidents, and wrongful death cases. We cannot undo the incident, but we can do everything in our power to make people whole in the eyes of the law by demanding justice and fair compensation.

The Opportunity
Our Intake department is the first point of contact for potential clients. The Intake Representative responds to questions from potential candidates, listens to, gathers and documents all relevant information. This role requires the ability to be empathetic and understanding while letting potential clients know how the firm can meet their needs.

As an Intake Specialist in our Call Center, you will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in the areas of wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
  • Work with the firm’s intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
  • Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and vendors.
  • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
  • Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
  • Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
  • Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
  • Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, overtime, holidays, and on-call as necessary.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have home office set up for HIPPA compliance
