SNS Law Group is a Los Angeles-based law firm representing landlords, property managers, real estate investors, and property owners throughout Southern California in real estate and civil litigation matters.

We are seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist to manage incoming prospective-client inquiries and help ensure that potential matters are handled efficiently and professionally from the initial contact through attorney review and follow-up.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, responsive, and comfortable speaking with prospective clients about legal matters. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to gather and document information accurately while managing multiple inquiries at once.

Role Description

The Intake Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in West Los Angeles. This position is responsible for managing initial client contacts, gathering essential information, and accurately documenting case details in the firm’s systems. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls and emails, conducting intake interviews, assessing basic case eligibility, and scheduling consultations with attorneys. The Intake Specialist also coordinates with legal staff to ensure smooth handoff of new matters, maintains organized records, and follows up with prospective clients as needed. The role requires consistent professionalism, discretion with confidential information, and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a law firm, legal intake, client intake, legal administration, or a similar role strongly preferred
• Experience with Smokeball and/or Lawmatics strongly preferred
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Client Intake and Customer Service capabilities to conduct interviews, gather information, and provide a courteous, supportive experience.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday at our West LA Office
