Our client is a growing law firm seeking multiple Intake Professionals to join their team and support their Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Personal Injury (PI) practice. This role will be primarily focused on MVA/PI intake, with the opportunity to support additional practice areas, including mass torts, as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling intake within a motor vehicle accident or personal injury environment and be comfortable working directly with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective clients to gather relevant case and incident information
• Manage intake for prospective MVA and PI clients
• Evaluate and qualify potential leads based on established criteria
