Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed client information and intake records.
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure qualified leads are properly transitioned.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the intake process.
• Provide intake support for other practice areas, including mass torts, as needed.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience.
