Responsibilities

• Manage intake for prospective MVA and PI clients
• Communicate with prospective clients to gather relevant case and incident information
• Evaluate and qualify potential leads based on established criteria
• Maintain accurate and detailed client information and intake records
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure qualified leads are properly transitioned
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the intake process
• Provide intake support for other practice areas, including mass torts, as needed
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience
