Qualifications

• Minimum five years of combined education and relevant human services experience.
• Preferred: Two years of post-secondary education AND three years of human services experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to determine applicants' needs and connect them with resources.
• Explain agency policies and provide information about community programs.
• Manage participant files and ensure accurate documentation.
• Help clients navigate resources and advocate on their behalf.
• Log referrals and follow-ups to ensure proper support.
