Responsibilities

• Manages client referrals, admissions and releases paperwork.
• Tracks residents' activity and progress through program levels.
• Maintains computerized client database.
• Monitors arrival and departure information and resolves transition issues.
• Prepares reports and manages supply orders as directed.
