Release, Inc. is seeking an organized, resourceful Office Manager & Training Specialist to support administrative operations, workplace technology, and employee training programs in Omaha, NE. This blended role combines office management with staff training and tech support.

This is a blended role for someone who enjoys creatingorder, solving problems, teaching others, and helping an organizationoperateeffectively. The person in this position will serve asa central pointof coordination for leadership, employees, vendors, office systems, and staff development activities.
The ideal candidate is technically confident, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to explain systems and processes in a clear and approachable manner. Experience in child welfare, social work, human services, nonprofit youth services, or another mission-driven environment is strongly preferred.
Release is a faith-based nonprofit organization serving youth and families throughout the Omaha community through foster care, mentoring, mental health, social work, and related support services.

A successful Office Manager & Training Specialist will:
Release offers an annual salary of $52,000–$57,000, depending on relevant qualifications and experience.
