Responsibilities

• Review referrals and documentation to determine eligibility and ensure proper intake.
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with providers, referral sources and internal teams to move intake forward smoothly.
• Enter referrals and case notes into electronic systems within established timeframes.
• Support schedule coordination, insurance verification, and documentation accuracy.
