Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Massachusetts is hiring to coordinate patient referrals and serve as a resource for referral sources. You will collaborate with branch and sales teams to ensure smooth transition to services and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years in health care with one year in home health or pediatrics, plus strong customer service and basic mobile technology skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with referral sources.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health or hospice.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
