Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and write English fluently; strong verbal communication.
• Experience in intake/assessment and co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of 12-Step programs and related philosophy.
• Proficient with Word and Microsoft Office; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about services and admission criteria.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential participants.
• Verify health insurance benefits and funding; refer to resources.
• Create and maintain screening and clinical records.
• Schedule admission assessments.
• Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality standards are met.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; participate in required drills.
• Maintain a safe, alcohol/drug-free environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
