The Salvation Army USA Western Territory's Anaheim ARC is seeking a dedicated Intake Coordinator (Temporary) to screen applicants, refer ineligible candidates, and guide new beneficiaries through orientation and paperwork.

You will maintain confidential records, perform data entry in ARC software (BITS), and coordinate with community agencies while supporting program integrity and outreach efforts.

Qualificações

• BA in a Social Service field preferred.
• Two (2) years of verifiable professional related experience required.
• High School graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Access).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake screening interviews at the center or with referral agents and other agencies.
• Refer ineligible applicants to appropriate community agencies and institutions.
• Process admitted beneficiaries via orientation; explain rules and regulations.
• Maintain beneficiary files and complete data entry in ARC software (BITS).
• Maintain outreach and attend inter-agency meetings as needed.
