Job summary

Epworth Drop-In Center in Normandy, St. Louis, MO, is seeking an Intake Coordinator/Office Manager to support the Psychological Services outreach and intake efforts, data management, technology, and billing support.

This role serves as the primary contact for referrals, schedules appointments, manages intakes, and maintains client records. You will assist in developing outreach to expand referral sources and ensure services align with the agency’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling is required.
• License or license-eligibility in Missouri.
• Experience with outreach and intake processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients/families and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Manage intake paperwork and documentation for psychological evaluations.
• Coordinate referrals and assess eligibility for Psychological Services and Family Support Network.
• Maintain appointment schedules and update client information in the database.
• Assist in outreach to develop new referral sources and strengthen community relationships.
• Support billing activities and reconcile records with accounting as needed.
• Coordinate client records, filing, reporting, and chart storage.
• Assist with audits/site visits and staff training as assigned.

Education

Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling

License or license-eligible in Missouri
