Epworth Children & Family Services Inc. is seeking an organized administrative professional to support its Psychological Services outreach and intake efforts in Missouri. You will greet clients, process forms, schedule appointments, manage client records, and assist with billing and data entry.

You will develop and implement outreach plans to build referrals, coordinate with community resources, and help ensure program compliance, safety, and quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or counseling and license or license-eligible in Missouri.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with at-risk populations providing clinical services or related support.
• Knowledge of community organizations and resources; culturally competent in diverse settings.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients/families and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Assist clients with completing intake paperwork and scheduling appointments.
• Manage program appointment lists and update client information in the database.
• Provide case management to clients as appropriate and refer to community resources.
• Support billing in conjunction with the Director; reconcile receipts and bank statements.
