Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Infusion Intake Manager of Client Experience based in the United States. The role bridges healthcare clients with internal teams, overseeing referrals, intake progression, and implementation of workflows.

You will drive improvements in turnaround times, patient starts, and client satisfaction. The position combines client relationship management, revenue cycle knowledge, and analytics to address barriers and ensure smooth transitions from referral to intake and handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in Client Success, healthcare ops, intake or revenue cycle.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, referrals, prior authorization, and payer requirements.
• Infusion experience in home infusion or AIC environments preferred; DME/HME knowledge valuable.
• Familiarity with healthcare and revenue cycle platforms (e.g., EPIC, Brightree, CPR+, R2) and advanced Excel/reporting.
• Analytical thinker who identifies trends, risks, and actionable improvements.
• Excellent client and executive communication; ability to coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing contact for intake accounts, updating on status and trends.
• Monitor referrals from receipt to intake completion; resolve barriers quickly.
• Identify operational and financial risk, addressing issues with AR, Billing, and leadership.
• Track intake metrics and translate findings into client-ready recommendations.
• Evaluate and improve client/internal intake workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Lead intake component of new client implementations with go-live readiness.
