Hospice & Community Care is seeking an Intake Manager to lead the Admissions department. The role is full-time with 80 hours per biweekly pay period and schedules from 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm.

You will supervise Intake Representatives, ensure accurate intake processes, and coordinate referrals from receipt to admission. The position emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service while aligning staff with patient needs and agency goals.

• Directs intake Representatives with coaching and motivation.
• Ensures accurate, urgent, and high-quality intake processes.
• Coordinates referrals and collects admission information efficiently.
• Leads intake team and oversees daily admission workflow.
