Mahube-Otwa Community Action Partnership is seeking an Intake Navigator for our Housing program. The role involves handling phone calls, walk-ins, scheduling, intakes, and processing applications to support clients in maintaining stable housing.

Qualified applicants will have strong clerical skills, data entry ability, and excellent communication. A customer-service background is desirable. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma (or GED) plus Technical/Vocational certificate and 1 to 3 years related clerical experience.
• Experience working with diverse cultures strongly preferred.
• Strong independent initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process phone calls and walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments and complete intakes.
• Process applications and other paperwork.
• Provide services to clients and households.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality.
