Job summary

Denver Rescue Mission is hiring an Intake Manager - Bridge to oversee the intake process for the Bridge program and ensure staff are fully onboarded and trained on policies and procedures.

The role guides guests with behavioral health considerations and collaborates with DRM departments to support housing and program placement. A Bachelor’s degree in human services is required, with CPR certification within 90 days and HMIS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent work experience required; Master’s preferred.
• One year of experience providing case management for individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong computer skills, especially HMIS and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees intake processes for DRM’s Bridge program and onboards staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Educates participants on program structure and available supports.
• Maintains data and communications across departments; reports metrics.
