Job summary

Momentum Spine and Joint is seeking a Lead Intake Coordinator to join our outpatient clinical network in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on referral intake, insurance verification, data entry in EMR (Salesforce, eCW), and scheduling initial consultations.

The Lead supports team operations, shares best practices, and helps resolve escalated intake issues while ensuring HIPAA compliance and smooth front-office workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience.
• Experience with EMR systems (Salesforce, eCW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and collect documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate referrals and initial appointments.
• Enter data into EMR systems and maintain referral logs.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Support front office with insurance questions.
