Job summary

Momentum Spine and Joint is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support our outpatient clinical network in the DFW area. You will collect and input new patient referrals, verify insurance benefits, schedule consultations, and liaise with attorneys and physicians on patient status.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a medical office setting, with strong customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and E-Clinical systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a medical office or facility setting.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Collects and inputs new patient referrals and updates referral log.
• Verifies insurance benefits and prior authorizations.
• Schedules initial consultations and communicates with physicians and attorneys.
