Job summary

KabaFusion in Columbus, OH is seeking an Intake Representative to process referrals and initiate patient service. You will verify insurance, determine eligibility, and obtain authorizations for commercial, private, and government plans.

You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure outstanding patient care. Required: high school diploma and knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10, CPT codes; 2+ years intake experience including eligibility and authorization.

• At least 2-years intake experience including eligibility and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Initiates intake process gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.
• Verify insurance and eligibility along with obtaining authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contact patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.
