Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Representative for our Carmel, IN location. You will process referrals, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations to start patient care. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a high standard of patient service at every interaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of intake experience, with knowledge of HCPCS/ICD-10/CPT codes. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HCPCS, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• At least 2 years intake experience including eligibility and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Initiates intake process gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.
• Verify insurance and eligibility along with obtaining authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contact patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.
