KabaFusion is hiring an Intake Representative (Acute) in Boca Raton, FL. This full-time role focuses on processing referrals for acute therapies, verifying insurance, and coordinating start-of-care documentation to ensure timely patient care.

As part of a collaborative team, you will gather data from referral sources, obtain authorizations when needed, and contact patients about their financial obligations, all while delivering exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years intake experience including eligibility and authorization.
• Knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to verify insurance and gather accurate data from referrals.

Responsabilités

• Initiates intake process, gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork.
• Verify insurance and eligibility along with obtaining authorizations when necessary.
• Completes start of care paperwork.
• Contact patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.
