KabaFusion is seeking an Intake Representative in Carrollton, TX to process referrals, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and initiate care documentation. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate intake for patients on IVIg or SCIg therapies.

We value a high school graduate with knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10, and CPT codes, plus at least two years of intake experience. Benefits start on day one and a comprehensive package is offered.
